Registration Open for 21st Annual Pedaling for Payson Cycling Event
Event supports Nurse Navigator Program at Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care
CONCORD, NH – Concord Hospital Trust is hosting the 21st annual Pedaling for Payson cycling event on September 19, 2026, at Elm Brook Park in Hopkinton, NH. The community ride raises critical funds to support patients receiving care at the Payson Center for Cancer Care, and registration is now open at www.PedalingForPayson.org.
2025 Pedaling for Payson participants start the race in separate blocks to keep riders spaced apart. The 2026 race registration is open, and all abilities and ages are welcome to sign up.
Presented by Concord Orthopaedics, Pedaling for Payson offers something for riders of every age and ability, including road, mountain, and gravel routes, as well as a shorter course designed for youth and anyone who prefers a more casual ride. The fundraising event brings together cyclists, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters from across the region in a shared effort to provide cancer patients with nurse navigation services.
“Pedaling for Payson reflects the incredible generosity of this community and its commitment to ensuring that patients facing cancer have access to the support they need at every stage of their journey,” said Veronica Rosa, chief advancement officer at Concord Hospital Trust. “For more than two decades, riders, sponsors, and volunteers have come together to make a meaningful difference for patients and families. We are proud of what this event has accomplished and grateful to everyone who continues to be part of its success.”
Over the past 20 years, Pedaling for Payson has raised more than $2.5 million to support programs and services at the Payson Center for Cancer Care.
Participants can look forward to a festive atmosphere, including a post-ride barbecue and refreshments, with food and beverages generously provided by Associated Grocers of New England, NH Distributors, and The Common Man.
Event proceeds benefit the Pedaling for HOPE Fund, which largely supports the Nurse Navigator Program at the Payson Center for Cancer Care. Nurse Navigators play a critical role in helping patients and their families manage treatment schedules, cope with side effects, coordinate appointments, and stay connected with their care team throughout the cancer journey.
The event is presented by Concord Orthopaedics, with major sponsors including Advantage Signs, Concord Imaging Center, Harvey Construction, New Hampshire Distributors, Radiation Oncology Associates, and Stitches NH; the media sponsor is FinThrive.
