Moriah Billups, Major Gifts Officer

Moriah joined our team in 2021. She oversees benefit events, including our Pedaling for Payson cycling event and Rock 'N Race 5K run/walk, and works collaboratively with staff and volunteers to raise funds through individual and corporate donations in support of identified Concord Hospital Health System initiatives. Moriah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Rehabilitation Studies and a Master's degree in Higher Education Administration. Kimber Carr, Director of Development

Kimber joined our team in 2024. She serves as Director of Development at Concord Hospital Trust, the philanthropic arm of Concord Hospital Health System. She leads fundraising efforts across Concord, Franklin, and Laconia, overseeing annual giving, special events, and development operations. Kimber manages the Philanthropy Committee, Regional Council, and the newly launched Lakes Region Giving Society, cultivating partnerships with individual and corporate donors to support healthcare initiatives in Concord and New Hampshire’s Lakes and Three Rivers Regions. With nearly 20 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising and donor relations, Kimber is passionate about connecting community members with meaningful opportunities to give. Liz Fay, Database Manager

Liz joined our team in 2017. She protects and maximizes access and integrity of our data. She also supports many of our staff operations, including online event interfaces, reporting, and gift acknowledgments. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Liz can be reached at (603) 415-6686.

Jessica Lassonde, Trust Associate

Jessica joined our team in 2016. She is responsible for supporting our Annual Giving Program, including donor communications and recognition, and the new donor program. She also oversees our Scholarship Fund, Tribute Program, and Spirit of Giving Campaign. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master of Education in Health. Lea Miner, Trust Associate/Executive Assistant

Lea joined our team in 2024. She brings over 25 years of experience in healthcare administration to her role, with expertise in committee and board management, event management, grant and foundation relations, and financial acumen. Lea's prior experience working at Concord Hospital - Laconia is an asset to the team. She has a deep understanding of the Lakes and Three Rivers regions, strong relationships across Concord Hospital-Laconia, and a proven track record of success. Deanne Pelletier, CRFE, Director of Philanthropy

Deanne joined our team in 2001. She is responsible for giving individuals in Central New Hampshire the opportunity to support the Concord Hospital Health System, recognizing donors for their support, and reporting to donors the impact of their support. Deanne can help should you want to discuss including the health system in your will or learn more about how your transformational gift could support the system's strategic goal of quality patient care. Veronica Rosa, EdD, Chief Advancement Officer

Veronica joined our team in 2023. She leads a dynamic team overseeing Concord Hospital Health System's advancement efforts, including philanthropy, marketing, communications, volunteers, and gift shops. In her role, she guides our Board of Trustees, manages staff, creates and oversees our strategic and operating plans, directs special projects, and ensures the highest level of stewardship for contributed support. Veronica received her Doctorate in Leadership and Change, Master's degree in Communication, and Bachelor's degree in Marketing. She has held executive roles in advancement and marketing within the healthcare and higher education sectors for more than twenty years.

Heidi Smith, Philanthropy Officer

Heidi joined our team in August of 2021, bringing over 30 years of experience with the former LRGHealthcare, which became Concord Hospital - Laconia and Concord Hospital - Franklin in 2021. She assists and supports planning, promoting, and executing numerous philanthropic special events held in New Hampshire's Lakes and Three Rivers regions. Heidi works to increase public awareness about philanthropic programs and sponsorship opportunities available to community members. She also coordinates and serves as secretary of the Concord Hospital Trust Regional Council.
