Memorial Gifts
A memorial gift is a meaningful way to honor the legacy of a loved one who has passed away while providing vital support to our patients. To assist you during this time, we provide personalized memorial gift envelopes delivered directly to your funeral home, along with suggested obituary language to ensure your intentions are clear.
We suggest the following language for tributes:
"In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made in the name of (name of deceased) to support the (name of Hospital program) at Concord Hospital. Contributions can be mailed to Concord Hospital Trust, 250 Pleasant St., Concord, NH, 03301, or made online at concordhospital.org/chtrust."

Granite Pavers
