Visitation Hours and Guidelines

The following guidelines are intended to be flexible, allowing us to respond to each person’s diverse, individual needs and preferences and unexpected and unique circumstances, as well as assure the safety of patients, families, and staff.

• Visitation hours are 7 am to 8 pm daily. Exceptions to these hours occur based on the patient's condition and care unit. See the exceptions table below.
• Patients may have multiple visitors per day.
• Patients have the right to withdraw or deny consent to visitation of an individual at any time.
• Visitors under 16 must be supervised by an adult other than the patient.

Hospital Entrances by Location

Concord Hospital Main Entrance
(Closest to Parking Lot A) Located on Ground Level

• Open Monday through Friday, 5:15 am to 6 pm only

Concord Hospital Visitor Entrance
(Closest to Parking Lot E/Cafeteria) Located on the 3rd Floor

• Open Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 7 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 7 am to 7 pm.
  After-Hour Access: Visitors must enter through the Visitor Entrance and use the intercom call box that rings to security. Security will call the unit of the patient the visitor is requesting to visit. The unit will determine if they can allow a visitor at the time; if allowed, security will grant the visitor access and provide instructions on getting to the floor/unit.

Concord Hospital - Franklin Main Entrance

• Open Monday through Friday, 7 am-7 pm, and Saturday and Sunday, 8 am to 7 pm
  After-Hour Access: Enter through the Emergency Department entrance. A patient registrar will call the patient's unit, where the visitor is requesting to visit. The unit will determine if they can allow a visitor at that time; if allowed, the registrar will provide a visitor pass and instructions to the unit/floor.

Concord Hospital - Laconia Main Entrance

• Open 7 am-7 pm daily
  After-Hour Access: Enter through the Emergency Department entrance. A patient registrar will call the patient's unit, where the visitor is requesting to visit. The unit will determine if they can allow a visitor at that time; if allowed, the registrar will provide a visitor pass and instructions to the unit/floor.
