Compliments & Complaints
Your healing, comfort, and well-being are our primary concerns. If at any time you have questions, compliments or complaints about the level of care or service provided, we encourage you to promptly bring it to the attention of any member of the care team.
If following your visit you want to share a compliment or complaint, we invite you to contact our Patient Relations office. When Patient Relations is contacted with a compliment, the staff documents it and shares it with the individuals and or departments receiving the kudos. When contacted with a complaint, the staff investigates and addresses it in a confidential manner.
Patient Relations can be reached weekdays 8 am to 4 pm by calling (603) 230-1902. If you'd like to detail your concern in writing, you can use our Web site's contact us form or ask your care provider for the appropriate form to complete.
If your concern cannot be resolved through our Patient Relations Office, you can report it to the New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services Bureau of Health Facilities Administration or DNV GL Healthcare.
