Construction of New Medical Office Building Begins in June

In June 2018, Concord Hospital will break ground and begin construction of a new Medical Office Building (MOB) on the Hospital campus. Our new MOB supports our health system’s strategic direction by responding to an increased demand for specialty services, while providing space to accommodate more patients from beyond the Capital Region.

The four-story, 147,000 square foot building, scheduled for completion in 2020, will be located contiguous to the Memorial Medical Office Building and will feature:

  • Co-located specialty services including cardiac, cardiothoracic surgery, pulmonary, neurology, urology, pelvic medicine, obstetrics, gynecology and internal medicine;
  • Central registration on each floor;
  • Café with seating.

Construction of the MOB may cause occasional parking and traffic flow inconveniences. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
