Concord Hospital Trust Presents 1st Annual Crafts, Drafts & Barrels Event

Concord Hospital Trust is pleased to present the 1st Annual Crafts, Drafts & Barrels evening of spirit, beer and wine tasting (formerly the Heart of the Grape Wine Tasting event). This reimagined benefit will be held Friday, March 22, 2019 at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center in Concord and will include admission to take in the universe while you sip, dine and mingle.

Attendees are making a difference in the lives of family, friends and neighbors undergoing testing and treatment at the Concord Hospital Breast Care Center, while sampling delicious specialties from local restaurants, creative ‘mock’-tails, craft beer, quality wine and exceptional spirits from some of the best breweries, vineyards and distilleries in the State and throughout the world.

Concord Hospital Breast Care Center provides care and services for all aspects of breast health and breast cancer concerns including genetic counseling in collaboration with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The center is nationally accredited and recognized for leadership, clinical management, research, community outreach, professional education and quality improvement. In 2018, over 1,100 new patients were seen at the Breast Care Center, approximately 2,000 patients had new visits or follow-ups with surgeons and 151 patients were seen for genetic counseling.

$50 general admission (7-9 pm) includes sampling of craft beer, several selections of wine and spirits as well as food offerings from local restaurants, with live music and admission to the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center.

$75 VIP admission (6-9 pm) includes early access at 6 pm for a no-lines/no waiting opportunity at tasting tables. Admission includes higher end wine and spirits and an exclusive glass to sip, sample and take home as well as live music and admission to the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center.

$125 Libation Education Club membership includes an exclusive educator's series with two 30-minute sessions pairing beer with sweet and savory treats as well as rum tasting hosted by experts in the field. Club members receive early access at 5:30 pm where they will be escorted into private tasting room and treated to a hands-on learning experience including take home gifts from each educator's session. Members will be welcomed to the main tasting at 6:30 pm, allowing opportunity to sample higher end wine and spirits, an exclusive take home gift as a member of the Libation Education Club, as well live music and admission to the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center. Limited tickets are being sold.

The benefit, hosted by Martignetti Companies and New Hampshire Distributors, Inc., offers guests the opportunity to learn about and experience some of the most prestigious and respected spirits, beer and wine while enjoying live music, raffles and silent auction items.
