Concord Hospital Center for Health Promotion Offers CPR and First Aid Classes

CPR TrainingConcord Hospital Center for Health Promotion is pleased to offer two American Heart Association Heartsaver® courses designed for anyone with little or no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory or other requirements.

Heartsaver CPR AED
A video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult and child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, and how to relieve choking in adults, children and infants. Classes are available Friday, August 17; Tuesday, August 21 and Wednesday, August 22 from 8 am-12:30 pm.

Heartsaver First Aid
Designed to meet OSHA regulations, this course covers first aid basics, consisting of the most common life-threatening emergencies, how to recognize them, how to call for help and how to perform lifesaving skills. Classes are available Tuesday, August 21 and Wednesday, August 22 from 1-4 pm.

Cost: $25 for Heartsaver CPR AED and/or First Aid which includes book and a course completion card that is valid for two years. Enrollment is limited to 12 participants per class.
