When you become a patient of Concord Hospital Family Place Prenatal Care, located in the Caring for Women practice in Laconia, your prenatal care is provided by Drs. William Tovell, David Stevenson, Linda Haller, and Annick Westbrook along with Lucy Wilson, APRN-CNM, as well as office team members. Your visits occur monthly and weekly, based on your stage of pregnancy, baby’s development and your healthcare needs.
Your labor and delivery take place at Concord Hospital where you'll be cared for by a multidisciplinary team of experts.
- Obstetrician/gynecologists (OB/GYN): specialists trained in obstetrics and gynecology.
- Family medicine physicians: primary care physicians with training in low-risk obstetrics.
- Family medicine residents: primary care physicians in training who are directly supervised by OB/GYN’s or family medicine physicians.
- Labor and delivery nurses.
All team members work together to cover labor and deliveries for all Concord Hospital practices. Pregnancies considered to be high-risk are managed by an OB/GYN.
As a collective group, the team shares clinical practice standards to ensure consistency in your care. In addition, they use a shared electronic health record to ensure your information will be available to all members of our team and support staff, whether you receive care in Laconia or Concord.
