The DASH diet is about healthy eating habits that lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, and help to reach a healthy weight.

Registration Details

Technology Requirements: A desktop or laptop computer and a stable internet connection. Please note—if you are not technologically savvy, don’t worry. Just be sure that your computer has speakers and video capability, and that your internet connection is strong and reliable.

This program includes simple tools to help you personalize a DASH diet action plan for guaranteed success.

Join the Zoom meeting 10 to 15 minutes before the scheduled time to make sure your device is working and the volume is audible. You'll receive an email containing a Zoom invitation message with the meeting link and ID prior to the meeting start time. Locate and open the Zoom invitation message in your email inbox.
