A computerized test of memory, reaction time, processing speed and concentration. This is NOT a test to diagnose if you've sustained a concussion.

Registration Details

A Concord Hospital Rehabilitation Services representative will contact you to schedule a test date and time.

Fees & Payment

Pediatric ImPACT Baseline Testing  5-11 year olds- $20 dollars
Recommended every year before sports season, and is an iPad-based test that you must come into the clinic to perform. Typically, 20-30 minutes to complete. 
ImPACT Baseline Testing 12-80 year olds-  $10 dollars
Recommended every two years. Is a computer-based test that you can take at home or in the clinic. 

Description

Pre-season testing is recommended for all athletes and is designed to capture a baseline level of brain function before the start of a sport season and is then administered after a concussion has been sustained to help determine readiness for a sport.
