Join our free cancer support art classes at the Payson Center. Reduce anxiety through mindful painting, pastels, and collage. No experience needed.

Description

Experience calming art exercises designed to reduce anxiety, center the mind and support emotional healing.

The Color & Calm class features soft pastels and blending techniques to guide participants into ease as they create peaceful spring landscapes.

Additional options in the series include "Breath & Brushstrokes: Mindful Painting" and "Seeds of Intention: Mixed Media Collage". 

Attend 1, 2, or all 3 classes. No previous experience is needed. All materials will be supplied.
