Description

Heart disease is the number one cause of death for men and women. Why DASH? It is simple, sustainable, and satisfying. Adopting the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension (DASH) eating plan can significantly reduce your risk of developing this serious condition.

This class provides an introduction to the DASH eating plan. More classes will be offered that include specific tips and recipes.
