Join our free cancer support art classes at the Payson Center. Reduce anxiety through mindful painting, pastels, and collage. No experience needed.

Description

Experience calming art exercises designed to reduce anxiety, center the mind and support emotional healing.

The Seeds of Intention session will use papers, textures, and natural elements, allowing individuals to build a visual representation of the intentions they want to plant this season.

Additional options in the series include "Breath & Brushstrokes: Mindful Painting" and "Color & Calm: Pastel Landscapes for Stress Relief". 

Attend 1, 2, or all 3 classes. No previous experience is needed. All materials will be supplied.
