Description

Concord Hospital is hosting this Breath New Hampshire event, which will address the following topics:

  • Practical energy conservation strategies;
  • Common COPD questions answered by a physician;
  • How weather and seasonal changes affect COPD;
  • An introduction to Pulmonary Rehabilitation.

 The program concludes with an overview and tour of the pulmonary rehab gym, plus light refreshments and time to connect with others.
