An educational support group for you and your partner as you transition from the birth of your baby through the first 12 weeks postpartum and beyond. Join other new parents with your baby in an informal online setting via Zoom. Education, support and resources to help you celebrate and adapt to this new chapter in your life, will be provided by a registered nurse from The Family Place, as well as topic experts.
