Call Center Agent Open Position
As a Call Center Agent, you'll use your communication and customer services skills to answer patient calls to our Call Center. Additionally, you'll apply your problem-solving acumen and keyboard prowess to effectively assist patients with requests ranging from appointment scheduling to facilitating patient care between primary, specialty and ancillary services.
