Wellness Resources
Better Care for Ourselves + Better Care for Each Other = Better Care for Patients.
You are educated and trained to diagnose mental health conditions as a healthcare provider. Yet, you may not as quickly see signs and symptoms in yourself. To help you identify your risk for various conditions impacting your wellness, we have collected self-screening resources you can use confidentially. If you choose to use any, you can confidentially share your results with your healthcare team at your discretion. If you are concerned about your results, please contact your primary care provider or Concord Hospital Health System's Employee Assistance Program.
