Concord Hospital Medical Group Welcomes Benjamin Houston, PA-C, to Family Medicine

CONCORD, NH – Concord Hospital Medical Group (CHMG) is pleased to welcome Benjamin Houston, PA-C, to its family medicine team, where he will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in the Warner community and beyond.

In his role, he provides preventive care, chronic disease management, acute care services, and health education by partnering with patients and families to support long-term wellness and access to the right care at the right time.

Prior to joining CHMG in 2025, Mr. Houston completed his medical training at Stony Brook University, NY, where he earned his degree and was certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Mr. Houston practices at Family Tree Health Care - Warner. He is a New Hampshire native from the Warner area and looks forward to building strong patient relationships throughout the community.
