Concord Hospital Medical Group Welcomes Jennifer Garcia Nason, APRN, to Concord Hospital Internal Medicine

CONCORD, NH – Concord Hospital Medical Group is pleased to announce that Jennifer Garcia Nason, APRN, has joined Concord Hospital Internal Medicine.

With over 22 years of nursing experience, Nason provides comprehensive primary care for adults, supporting both acute and chronic health management while emphasizing wellness, education, and disease prevention.

Nason earned her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern New Hampshire University.

Nason has experience in various roles supporting the community, including as a community benefits nurse with Granite VNA, a nurse leader and elder care liaison with Genesis Health, and as a trauma nurse with Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. She has a passion for women’s health and eldercare advocacy.
