Concord Hospital Medical Group Welcomes Joey Grzelak, MD, to Family Physicians of Pembroke

CONCORD, NH – Concord Hospital Medical Group (CHMG) is pleased to announce Joey Grzelak, MD, has joined Family Physicians of Pembroke.

Dr. Grzelak, known as “Dr. Joey” to his patients, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive primary care for individuals of all ages, from infants to older adults. He offers a full scope of services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and treatment for acute illnesses and injuries.

Dr. Grzelak earned his medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indies, before completing his family medicine residency at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Kentucky. Before joining CHMG, he cared for patients at St. Elizabeth Physicians Primary Care in Northern Kentucky, where he gained seven years of experience delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Grzelak is committed to building long-term relationships with patients and their families. His addition to Family Physicians of Pembroke enhances access to high-quality, personalized health care for the community.
