Concord Hospital Medical Group Welcomes Casie Wiley, MD, MPH, to Penacook Family Physicians

Concord Hospital Medical Group (CHMG) is pleased to announce Casie Wiley, MD, MPH, has joined Penacook Family Physicians.

Dr. Wiley is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults. Her clinical interests include preventive care, women’s health, chronic disease management, and promoting equitable access to quality health care.

Dr. Wiley earned both her Doctor of Medicine and Master of Public Health degrees from St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at St. Elizabeth Healthcare in Kentucky, where she also served as Chief Resident. Before joining Concord Hospital Medical Group, Dr. Wiley practiced at St. Elizabeth Primary Care in Bellevue and Newport, Kentucky, where she provided full-spectrum family medicine and inpatient care.

Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and certified in public health by the National Board of Public Health Examiners, Dr. Wiley brings expertise in value-based care and community health outreach. Her leadership roles have included serving on the Clinical Practice Committee and as a physician representative for community health initiatives focused on preventive screenings and immunizations at St. Elizabeth Healthcare.

Her commitment to patient-centered care has been recognized through multiple honors, including placement in the Top 10 percent in Patient Satisfaction for “Overall Provider Rating” in both 2021 and 2022.
