Concord Hospital Trust is thrilled to announce a remarkable opportunity to support the Concord Hospital Cardiovascular Institute (CVI). As Chair of the Concord Hospital Trust Board and a dedicated supporter of Concord Hospital Health Systems, Steve McManis has pledged a $25,000 matching gift challenge to inspire community giving. Every dollar donated up to $25,000 will be matched, doubling the impact of each contribution.

I invite all community supporters to join me in this effort,” said Steve. “Together, we can help transform cardiovascular care in our community.”

Funds raised through this challenge, along with proceeds from the Silver Screen Social, will contribute to renovating the existing catheterization lab and developing a new, state-of-the-art lab at Concord Hospital CVI.

In an extraordinary show of support, cardiologist Matthew Gibb, MD has pledged up to $100,000 in matching donations to establish the Cardiovascular Institute (CVI) Education Fund. This fund will support education, career development, and the strategic goals of the CVI program at Concord Hospital Health System.

A Community Call to Action
With a fundraising goal of $300,000 by April 3, this challenge has already secured a third of the needed funds. Contributions can be pledged over three to five years, ensuring lasting support for the future of cardiovascular care.

We hope to celebrate our success during a special presentation at the Silver Screen Social,” said Veronica Rosa, Chief Advancement Officer at Concord Hospital Health System. “I encourage everyone to take part in this challenge and contribute to a cause that is truly life-changing. Together, we can make a difference.
