You will not receive paper statements if your cell phone number is on your account unless you opt out of e-Statements by replying STOP to a text notification or by calling Concord Hospital at (603) 228-7145. If you do not opt-out and you have not viewed your digital statement for more than 12 days, you will receive a paper statement.
