Concord Hospital Announces Recent Promotions
Concord Hospital is pleased to announce several recent promotions at the senior leadership level, which reflect both professional effort and the strategic direction of our health system.
Betsey Rhynhart has been promoted to Vice President of Population Health. Betsey joined Concord Hospital in 2005, serving most recently as Director of Program Development and Executive Director of NH Accountable Care Partners. In her new role, Betsey will continue to lead our health system’s efforts in investing in and using data to better understand the health needs of our patients so that we can continue to enhance individual care plans aimed at lowering individual risk and promoting life quality.
Lisa Drouse has been promoted to Vice President of Planning. Lisa joined Concord Hospital in 2015 serving as Director of Planning. In her new role, Lisa will lead the health system's business planning process in partnership with operations, finance and public affairs. Her primary focus is to assist the organization in achieving its operational, financial and strategic goals through the development of data driven strategies which translate the system’s clinical expertise into new or expanded programs and/or services. In addition, Lisa provides understanding, support and guidance of system, customer and potential market needs.
Pamela Puleo has been promoted to Chief Advancement Officer to reflect her responsibilities in both Concord Hospital and Concord Hospital Trust and also to recognize the importance of communications, both internal and external, to the Hospital’s mission. Pamela joined Concord Hospital in 1989 as Director of Development, serving most recently as Vice President of Community Affairs and Executive Director of Concord Hospital Trust.
