Wearing a Mask is Protection for Everyone

Masks Required for Entry

To help reduce the spread of COVID-19, we currently require everyone entering our facilities to wear a mask, with the exception of children under 5-years-old. Masks with exhalation valves should NOT be worn to help prevent the person wearing the mask from spreading COVID-19 to others.

* If you're unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition, notify your healthcare provider's office before arriving at your appointment to arrange special accommodations.

Telehealth Services

Need a Telehealth Visit? We've Got You Covered.

During a time when we’re all being asked to practice social distancing, telephone and video visits offer a safe, secure and convenient alternative to office visits. Telehealth telephone and video visits are available for various services including diagnosing a health concern, follow-up visits, monitoring and management of chronic conditions, as well as referrals to or guidance from a specialist or other healthcare provider. Call your Concord Hospital Medical Group provider for more information.
