Employee Assistance Program

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers clients and their families a no-cost supportive service for coping with personal and/or work-related problems. The aspect of our service that sets us apart from other EAPs is our focus on building relationships with each organization we serve and providing personalized, face-to-face interactions for individual clients. In addition to serving our Hospital and other Capital Region Healthcare affiliates, our Program contracts with a variety of businesses in the Greater Concord area.

Our EAP counselors can:

  • Help clients think through any problem or issue objectively;
  • Identify possible options for action;
  • And connect the client with the right professional(s) or resources to help with their particular problem.

EAP also provides manager and supervisor support and consultation to assist employees and organizations in reaching their fullest potential.

All our EAP counselors hold a master's degree in social work or a counseling-related field and are certified employee assistance professionals or in the process of obtaining their certification. Some of our counselors are also licensed by the New Hampshire Board of Mental Health Practice.
