Turn to the physicians, nurses, registered dietitians, health educators and exercise specialists at the Center for Health Promotion. They will help you initiate lifestyle change and set realistic health goals through classes, programs and one-on-one counseling. You'll experience personalized attention in a friendly atmosphere. A complete list of class offerings is available online, as well as printed quarterly in the REACH for a Healthy Lifestyle publication. While some classes are offered seasonally, many are available year round.
