Our Center for Health Promotion offers classes, programs and groups to help individuals make lifestyle changes to improve their health. A complete list of class offerings is printed quarterly in our REACH for a Healthy Lifestyle publication, as well as online. While some classes are offered seasonally, many are available year round.

Our physician, nurses, registered dietitians, health educators and exercise specialists help individuals initiate lifestyle change and realistic health goals through workshops, courses and one-on-one counseling.
