About Us
At Concord Hospital we believe that mind and spirit play an important role in the well being of our patients and their loved ones. We

be relieved by sharing. In accordance with its mission, the Spiritual Care Services Department provides comfort and support for patients,
families and staff, with our without church affiliation. In the midst of change and loss, Concord Hospital Spiritual Care Services seeks to
provide comfort, care and compassion as an integral piece of your health care.
Patients of Concord Hospital have on-site access to:
- Spiritual care visits to all patients care units;
- Inpatient and outpatient consultations;
- Grief and loss counseling;
- Referral to faith community resources;
- Support for families and caregivers;
- Information on spiritual support services;
- Memorial services;
- Transitional support between hospital and home;
- Compassionate Care Volunteer Program volunteers;
- Response to faith specific requests;
- Emergency 24/7 coverage.
