The Joan K. Farrel Cancer Resource Library, a lending library for patients, families and the community, contains books, patient education brochures, computers with Internet access, and a video and CD collection. Individuals can take advantage of a private, relaxed atmosphere to research the disease, investigate treatment options and complementary therapies, and learn about local resources and support groups. The cancer center is equipped with wireless technology, and loaner laptops are available through the library. The resource library, located on the ground floor of the Payson Center for Cancer Care, is open Mondays through Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Search the library's online catalog to view our collection. Note: Everything in the catalog shows as "check shelf" whether it's checked out or not.
