About Us
As a member of Concord Hospital Medical Group (a department of Concord Hospital), the Hospitalist Program provides comprehensive,
individualized medical care for hospitalized adult patients. Services encompass overseeing laboratory and other tests, ordering
prescriptions, consulting with specialists and patients’ primary care providers, and arranging additional services after discharge.
Patients of the Hospitalist Program have on-site access to:
- Board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners, and certified physician assistants readily available to provide hospital care
from admission to discharge;
- A state-of-the-art facility with modern amenities and space to maximize the use of advanced technology to enhance medical care;
- Cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation and speech therapy from Concord Hospital Rehabilitation Services;
- Diagnostic services from Concord Hospital Radiology Department.
