You can order flowers and balloons for your loved one online! The Concord Hospital Associates Gift Shop has partnered with local florist, Cole's Gateway Gardens, to provide you with a fast and easy way to order fresh flowers and balloons to be delivered to your loved one while he or she is a patient at Concord Hospital.

When you order online you will be redirected to Cole's Gateway Garden florist, which is located in Concord, New Hampshire. You can order your flowers and balloons from their Web site or call them directly at (603) 229-0655. Your order will be delivered right to your loved one’s bedside unless their doctor determines it is inadvisable to have them in the room.

Due to concerns regarding sensitivity to latex, only Mylar balloons are allowed in clinical areas, including patient rooms. This policy reflects our efforts to achieve a latex-safe environment for our patients, visitors and employees. If you or your loved one is a patient in the special care unit, regrettably you may not have flowers in the room. You may call volunteer services at (603) 227-7000 ext. 3607 to request that your flowers be placed in some other area of the hospital for others to enjoy.
