Patient or hospital inquiries about billing can be referred to our patient financial services department. Representatives are available Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 5:30 pm and Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.

If you have a billing related question or concern, you can contact a patient financial services representative via any one of the following communication vehicles:

To help us assist you please provide your full name, daytime and evening telephone number, statement account number and a brief summary regarding any information you wish to provide us, or the nature of your question or concern. A patient financial services representative will follow-up with you as appropriate within three business days.

Financial Assistance

If you are experiencing difficulty in making payments for your healthcare, you may qualify for financial assistance. Financial counselors will work with you to determine your level of eligibility and/or set-up a convenient payment plan.
