Our Hospitality Services Department provides Concierge and Community Services to our patients, families and visitors. Hospitality Services Associates are located at Information Desks in the Visitor and Main Entrance Lobbies, as well as the Memorial Office Building on our campus.
Information Desk Hours
- 3rd Floor Visitor Lobby: Weekdays, 7:30 am – 8 pm;
- Ground Floor Main Entrance Lobby: Weekdays, 5:30 am – 8 pm; Closed weekends and major holidays.
- Visitor Lobby: Weekends & holidays, 10 am – 6 pm;
- Memorial Office Building: Wednesday – Friday, 8 am – 4 pm.
Directions, Information & Personal Escorts
Hospitality Services Associates stationed at the Information Desks in the lobbies are able to provide directions, patient room numbers, and other Hospital related information. Hospitality Services Associates and volunteers are also available to provide wheelchair assistance or a personal escort as needed.
Patient and visitor parking is available in Lots A, B, E and F. Overnight and extended stay patient parking is available in Lot E. Call (603) 227-7000, ext. 3999 to notify our Security Department of any vehicle that will be parked on campus for more than one night.
Special reduced rates for a variety of local lodging establishments are available in the greater Concord area for our patients and their families. A list of accommodations is available at any Hospitality Services Information desk. The establishments must be contacted directly in order to receive the discounted rates.
"We're Expecting You"
“We’re Expecting You” is a program for surgical patients coming to the Hospital from outside our primary service area. It assists you and your family members with lodging, transportation, business services and personal services before, during and after surgery. It includes warm, caring and personal assistance before your surgical experience and while in the Hospital.
If for some reason you are unable to visit your loved one in the Hospital, please give Hospitality Services a call and one of our Hospitality Services Associates would be happy to visit with your loved one.
Hospitality Services Associates may assist patients or family members with personal business needs, such as arranging the use of a loaner laptop, faxing and copying of vital and needed documents.
Pet Care Services
Several area pet sitting agencies and a local kennel have agreed to assist with patients' pet sitting needs. A Hospitality Services Associate will be happy to contact pet care services on their behalf. All rates, payments, contract terms, and agreements are between the patient and the agency they choose. We do not endorse or recommend any one company over another, or make any guarantees regarding the services provided.
