About Us
Concord Hospital offers one-on-one nutrition counseling services. Registered dietitians work closely with you to develop an
individualized eating plan based on your needs and level of motivation to change.
Nutrition counseling can help with many situations including the following:
Nutrition needs for children:
- Introduction of solids
- Infant/toddler feeding issues
