Concord Hospital Cardiac Associates is pleased to welcome Shahab Moossavi, MD. Dr. Moossavi specializes in interventional cardiology with clinical interest in coronary, valvular, vascular disease, interventional cardiology, ischemic heart disease, aortic valve disease, and peripheral arterial disease.

Dr. Moossavi received his medical degree from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences in Mashhad, Iran and served his residency in internal medicine at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, N.C. Dr. Moossavi completed his cardiovascular and interventional cardiology fellowships at University of Vermont College of Medicine in Burlington, Vt. and is board-certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease.

Concord Hospital Cardiac Associates provides access to comprehensive diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease, angina, congestive heart failure, cardiac arrhythmias (including atrial fibrillation), heart valve problems and heart disease prevention. Our physicians and advanced providers specialize in areas such as invasive and non-invasive testing, interventional procedures (such as cardiac and peripheral stents), pacemaker and defibrillator implantation and follow-up, electrophysiology including ablations, cardiac surgery and advanced imaging techniques such as nuclear cardiology and echocardiograms.
