Our physician finder allows you to search through our physician directory and obtain contact information for Concord Hospital physicians, as well as information about their clinical interests and board certifications. It specifies those primary care providers who are accepting new patients. For more information about our providers call our Physician Referral Line at (603) 224-7879 or (800) 322-2711.

Using the physician finder is easy, just type in a keyword such as "Smith," or "Dermatology" and click the search button (or hit the enter key on your keyboard) and all the records that contain the keyword you entered will display. You can also sort the data alphabetically by first name, last name, degree, or primary specialty. To do this, click on the column heading that you want to sort.

Because the search will look for an exact match of the keyword that you enter, it is recommended that you enter one word into the search field rather than a phrase or a first and last name.

Currently, this feature only includes information on physicians with DO, MD, DMD, DPM and DDS degrees. We plan to extend it to include other medical professionals. (e.g. ARNPs, CRNAs, PA-Cs)
