Mudras are yoga for the hands. Through the nerves in our hands we connect to the whole of our being. Mudras can be done any time to help you relax, unwind, de-stress and to reconnect with your deeper self.
Music and chanting are forms of yoga that use the vibration patterns of sound to offer access to your deepest self and to the spirit part of our lives. In this part of the workshop, you'll learn some basic chants and use them with mudras to obtain additional benefits. Meditation is our key to quietness and to listening within. It helps us learn to trust and let go, as well as feeling a connection with the divine. This part of the workshop will tie mudras, chanting and music to help you experience meditation.
