Becoming a caregiver for one's own parent is a life transition that many will face. Even for those who are prepared, adapting to this new role can be daunting, and oftentimes an overwhelming emotional experience. Someday, many of us will need to learn how to navigate the world of medicine, law, hospitals and nursing homes while experiencing uncertainty in unfamiliar territory. This series of educational offerings is aimed at trying to provide information, tools and strategies to assist those whose lives have been impacted by responsibility of caring for an aging loved one, and sharing what resource are available locally.

This series is presented by Concord Hospital Trust Major and Planned Gift Advisory Committee and sponsored by Presidential Oaks.
