We’ll learn how to sit or stand taller, take a breath before the task, open your heart chakra to add self-confidence to your day, and prepare your body to activate in the morning and relax or de-activate before bed. A simple switch to your daily routine can bring more peace, positive outlooks, and energy to your day which will lower stress levels and help heal your future body.
