The Art of Connection

What is the value of consciously slowing down your decision making process in order to make mindful decisions in your work? In this community collage workshop, we’ll work with watercolor, pastels and markers. Together, we’ll discover the importance of connecting our thoughts to our actions in a given moment, and see on a larger scale how our efforts connect to others. We’ll practice paying attention to the details, recognizing surroundings, and also seeing how we affect the whole, in art and in life.

Breast Health Now - Recommendations for Breast Cancer Prevention

This presentation will touch upon the biochemistry of the stress response, circadian rhythm, the relationship between stress and sex hormone balance, as well as the links between stress, weight, sleep and mood.
