In this 5-week session, join Maureen Miller as you explore the concept of living with purpose and awareness, and thereby increasing your happiness and well-being. The class will be supported in focusing on thoughts, actions, reactions, emotions, and choices, as well as paying attention to goals and visions for various aspects of life (career/business, financial, relationships, and community). You will examine your spirituality and learn practices that can contribute to living with purpose and increasing your sense of well-being. Techniques will include yoga, meditation, positive affirmations, and breathing practices. The sessions will also introduce information about Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) modalities (such as massage, yoga, acupuncture, naturopathic medicine) as optional alternatives toward achieving your well-being goals.
