Any individuals previously and newly diagnosed with breast cancer are
invited to attend this educational, interactive and free event.
Mary Macklin, APRN, MSN, author of Fit and Fifty: A Guide for Long Living is our keynote speaker for this year’s event and will talk about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. In addition, Megan Ryder, RD, CSO, LD oncology dietitian and faculty member of the Anticancer Lifestyle Program, will focus on the importance nutrition plays in a healthy lifestyle. New this year, participants will attend a chair yoga class and a therapeutic arts session.
Lunch will be provided.
