Driving Directions to the Center for Health Promotion
The Center is located at 279 Pleasant Street in Concord, across from Concord Hospital.
From North:
Follow I-93 South to Exit 14. At bottom of ramp, take a right onto Bridge Street. Turn left onto Main Street and follow to Pleasant Street (1st traffic light). Take a right onto Pleasant Street. Follow Pleasant Street beyond Concord Hospital and the Langley Parkway light intersection, and turn left into the parking lot at 279 Pleasant Street. Park in spaces designated for Center for Health Promotion visitors.
From South:
Follow I-93 to I-89 to Exit 2. At bottom of ramp, take a right onto Clinton Street and follow to South Fruit Street (approximately 1 mile). Take a left onto South Fruit Street and follow to stoplight (Pleasant Street). Take a left onto Pleasant Street. Follow Pleasant Street beyond Concord Hospital and the Langley Parkway light intersection, and turn left into the parking lot at 279 Pleasant Street. Park in spaces designated for Center for Health Promotion visitors.
From East:
Follow Routes 4/9/202 to I-393. Follow to traffic lights at Main Street and turn left onto Main Street. Follow to Pleasant Street (4th traffic light). Take a right onto Pleasant Street. Follow Pleasant Street beyond Concord Hospital and the Langley Parkway light intersection, and turn left into the parking lot at 279 Pleasant Street. Park in spaces designated for Center for Health Promotion visitors.
From West:
