Access to the Bridge is available through a Web site located at http://mybridge.crhc.org. This site is available to Concord Hospital employees, affiliated providers, and board of trustee members—it’s accessible from any remote location where Internet access is available. (e.g., home, hotel, library) The site only supports access via a PC.
Accessing the Site
Enter the same username and password you enter when logging in to computer systems at Concord Hospital. If you do not have a user account, first inquire with your manager and then contact the Capital Region Health Care ITS Help Desk at (603) 227-7777 as necessary.
Upon logging in to the site, you will be prompted to accept a security certificate. Select “yes” to accept the certificate.
Once you have successfully logged in to the Bridge, you will see an icon for cache cleaner. Cache cleaner ensures that Web browser information, including cookies, history, auto-complete, stored passwords, and temporary and downloaded files, are erased or removed upon termination of the session, inactivity timeout, or closing of the browser.
If You Do Not Have a Network Account
Your manager determines whether or not you will have a network account. If you do not have an account, speak with your manager about obtaining a network account to access the Bridge via http://mybridge.chrc.org. Your manager can request that you receive a network account by contacting the Help Desk.
Limited Access to Intranet Features
Certain features of the Bridge including Kronos and MicroMedex are not available through http://mybridge.crhc.org. Additionally, the Bridge is designed for optimal viewing on a PC with Internet Explorer version 6. Finally, your browser must be set to accept all cookies in order to access the site.
Password Aging
If you get a message indicating your password will expire, you must change it at that time. If you do not, it will expire on the expiration date and you will need to call the ITS Help Desk at (603) 227-7777 to have it reset.
Usage Agreement
Authorized users of this service may not provide access, through use of a password, certificate, or otherwise, to any other party; and are bound by the terms of the information security agreement which was signed at the beginning of their relationship with Capital Region Health Care. Your connection to this site will time-out in 15 minutes if no activity is registered and you will be asked to resubmit your identifying information.
